Yoga

Yay! We have a weekly yoga class again! Join us for these small classes every Sunday at 12pm. Bring your mat, water bottle and bug spray! All ability levels welcome. Classes will move inside in the case of cold or inclement weather.

Vada is a lover of all things movement, her passion lies in using the body as a tool for liberation. Her classes consist of many forms of yoga, integrating different kinds of movement to create an optimal inner landscape. She is a 200hr RYT since March 2024, and is excited to share the yoga space with you.
