Seattle-based re-use and recycling service, Ridwell, will be collecting plastic bags at the entrance to the Land Trust the entire weekend!

Look for a white box with an orange “Ridwell” logo. A QR code to sign up at a 10% discount will also be available if desired. A recent arrival in our neighborhood, Ridwell picks up hard-to-recycle materials right from your doorstep, from light bulbs and batteries to plastic bags and styrofoam. The efforts of Ridwell members have diverted over 3.5 million pounds of these materials from landfills. The company audits all of its partners to make sure things go where they should.
