Connect with your core and  inner youngin’ through conscious movement and joyous play! This class combines yoga asana, hula hoop dance and explorative daydreaming + journaling to create an expansive experience.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, yoga mat and playful curiosity. Hula hoops will be provided.

Financial investment $22. Sliding scale available for Black + Indigenous folx. Space is limited. Pre-registration is highly encouraged if you need a hoop. (If you have your own hoop, please let Mona know to allow another super hooper into our conduit).
