Toma de Tierra is a grounding healing circle where they will offer plant medicine, Rapeh, and work through various healing techniques to get grounded, centered and clear.

This circle includes but is not limited to an offering of plant medicine (Rapeh), grounding meditation and breathwork, a sound bath of healing instruments, mindful movements and an open discussion.
