The Mushroom Club of Georgia’s Logs2Food initiative is hosting this log inoculation workshop, capped at 20 participants. The class will begin with an explanation of how to grow oyster mushrooms on poplar logs. Participants will learn how to drill holes in logs, load the plugs in appropriately spaced holes, seal with cheese wax, and store their inoculated logs.
