You might be surprised to find that the weeds that you wrangle from your garden bed every year are actually loaded with beneficial vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that you could be incorporating free of cost into your daily food regimen. During this walking class, we will discuss roughly 15 common spring weeds, how to identify them, use them as food and medicine, and preserve them.
