April brings us the delights of Spring blooms and lots of cute critters. One of the cutest is our friend the Snail. Join us at the Land Trust on Sunday, April 24, for a celebration of snails, a “snailebration,” if you will! Miss Brook will be offering a variety of snail-friendly “make it take it” hands-on crafts and activities. Snails are pretty darn adorable and an important part of the ecosystem, but they will munch on your garden if you let them, so there will be a snail mix station where you can make a bag of your own snail deterrent to take home!
