Sol Dance is an Atlanta-based community dedicated to “embodied exploration and unleashing human potential through deliciously-deep music & acoustic sound healing.” This will be not a performance but a participatory celebration. After a brief opening meditation, participants are invited into free-form dance/movement with music chosen to create a “peak healing experience.” No dance expertise or experience necessary! A set of core guidelines – honoring the collective experience, respecting one another; no conversation on the dance floor; no drugs, substances, or alcohol; no photos or video – make this an intentional, sacred, and safe space. All are welcome.

Please note that the suggested exchange for dancing with us is $20

If $20 is not affordable for you but you still would love to dance, please offer another sum between $8 - $20 as a means of energetic reciprocation. No one is ever turned away. Thank you in advance!
