Jacob comes from a long line of fruit wine crafters and enthusiasts. He has been making his own for almost 20 years! This class will teach a basic recipe that can be used with most fruits and go over which tools and ingredients are necessary vs. which are helpful to have. We will also go over a basic flower wine recipe and sample some wines Jacob has made with locally grown or foraged produce.
