Rent A Garden Plot at the Land Trust
The Land Trust has about 50 garden plots that are rented on an annual basis, starting each year in March. The cost is $40 for a plot, plus a $20 maintenance deposit for new renters (returnable). All garden plot renters must observe the rules in the Gardeners’ Agreement. Renters in good standing from the previous year have first dibs on keeping their plots or moving to an available one. New gardeners will be invited to select a plot in the order their request was received until all plots have been rented.
